We bring all of our own supplies from the vacuum to the broom. The only thing we do not provide are toilet brushes (only for residential, move outs we will provide disposable scrubbers). We also use a new mop head, new rags, and will sanitize door knobs, light switches, etc. with hospital/salon grade sanitation.
Yes! We are insured through a reliable company, though we hope it never have to be used, rest assured that we are in fact insured.
Pets are a part of the family, and we don't mind their hair at all. It would even be a bonus to us if you let us give treats:) During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy. *disclaimer- we do not pick up feces from pets or clean pet potty areas*
